As always, Domino was excellent.

I first had made a call to have a 5 wire adapter installed on my AC to accomodate the new wifi thermostat. Domino took care if it quickly and inexpensively. I appreciated him. Later I had an intermittent problem start showing up again on my 2003 system.It was a controll board issue and I decided to replace the system rather than the control board. I had three companies come give me an estimate. For a 4 ton system I got bids ranging from $10,800 through $21,800, lol. (Ahem, NOT recommending Abacus! $21,000??) Chad, the owner at TCS was willing to work with me on cost and Domino, the Technician who was already helping me, is a great person, super experienced and kind. The three installers, Rodolfo, Lazaro, and Elvis are excellent, experienced, kind and all great to work with. I would say this was a very good experience to do business with TCS.
